Kyle A. Delgado defends franchisor and corporate entities across Florida. Born and raised in Oceanside, New York, he is aggressive by nature and brings that instinct to every defense. He moves fast, presses hard, and works to contain a client’s exposure from the first filing.
He built his practice in the courtroom. As a criminal defense trial lawyer in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit, Kyle has tried numerous cases, from DUI matters to felony jury trials. That trial footing shapes how he defends a company today. He prepares every matter as though it will be tried, and the other side knows it.
Kyle represents a national franchisor, corporations, and families across Florida. His practice spans litigation defense, business and corporate formation, real estate transactions, hard money lenders, and estate and asset protection.
Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lynn University, with a specialization in international business, and his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. He began his career as an associate attorney at Brown and Associates Law, P.A., handling real estate, business, and estate planning matters. He founded Delguardian Law to guard what his clients build.
